OK now I understand, I will check imageshack api they probably made modification.

I temporary fix it by getting a premium account, now there is no limits on uploading and file size is 10mb allowed.

The way the api works it upload all image to my account and the free accounts as limit and that's why it was giving an error, I will in the future modify the coding for it so that everyone as is own account

Seems to have solved my problems my end, thanks for the help and I knew I couldn't be the only one having issues.
