Plz I used Lujosoft desktop for my remote desktop but when I logn to the rdp, I noticed that someone is trying wrong password to login,so its saying contact Administrator to unlock. I wanted to login with the correct password but its can't bring where to login...this is the reason why I contacted you..plz I really need your help. :(( ~x(

Triy SHIFT ALT F7 by holding the three of them that will reset the tries then you will be able to enter your password

How did you press the reset key

you have to do it like this

SHIFT and hold
ALT and hold
then you press F9

Don't really remember because this is an old version, if F7 doesn't work then try F9 or HOME

I have tried it but if i want to restart the rdp, I don't know what worng....If you don't mind you can give me your Yahoo ID, so we can chat and I can also give you the rdp to help me out by doing it on your own side...Thanks.
