I just tried it and the icon display, are you selecting the right set of icon in the icon setting tab

The icons are displaying, but first i have to select "no icons" and then "my own custom set" to display the icons in "create nfo". By default have i the "my own custom set" and like i said it doesn´t work without clicking at opt. 1 and then opt. 2.

Database preview is not working. It always shows just the last created nfo. :-\
