- fix a few remaining bugs
- From now on if an entry is empty the sub header won't show even if the check box is check.
- If all entry are empty in a category the the icon won't be displayed.
- Repaired the saving of the database, it was ignoring the folder to save to.
- Now the text color will show in the text under the color box.
- I modify the cast box so from now on you will be able to modify it manually.
