Wont get info in mediainfo for any file.. :(

Hi, there the program worked perfect but suddenly today it coudn't read my source video file.
Then i tried another source file, it didn't work either. Then i tried many other sources some of them worked earlier no nothing works.. ?

Can it be because i have the old nfo creater and they are conflicting with eachother.. ??
